Global standards on clinical trials transparency - an overview
Calls for greater clinical trials transparency are getting louder. But who is calling for what, exactly? TranspariMED is currently compiling a list of global standards set by various organizations, groups and bodies.
Each standard is assessed against the three key demands of the AllTrials campaign:
trial registration
results posting on trial registries
full trial reports (CSRs) posted online
Preliminary results are shown below.
This is work in progress - please tweet or email TranspariMED if you know of further standards that should be included in this list.
The final list of standards will be published in autumn 2017 as part of a larger background paper on clinical trials transparency.
