Webinar: How to report clinical trial results on EudraCT (16 June)

Cochrane Sweden and Lund University are jointly hosting a two-hour webinar on reporting the results of drug trials aimed at universities and hospitals.

The English language event will give an introduction to clinical trial reporting and provide participants with the opportunity to ask questions and exchange experiences.

While universities and hospitals in all European countries are already obliged to make the results of their drug trials public, this obligation will become a legal requirement from January 2022 onwards.

Most leading institutions are already working to clear their backlogs of dozens – sometimes hundreds – of missing trial results, but many other institutions are only starting the journey now.

The webinar will take place on 16 June from 13:30-15:30 CEST (Berlin time).

Presentations from:

  • Shai Mulinari, Lund University (pharma transparency expert)

  • Till Bruckner, TranspariMED (transparency advocate)

  • Maria Skoog, Skåne University Hospital (Forum Söder clinical trial support hub)

  • Tony Durkee, Karolinska Institute (clinical trial registration and reporting lead)

There will be plenty of time for questions and discussions.

The webinar is free. Before joining, participants are encouraged to review their own institutions’ drug trial portfolios using the EU Trials Tracker, and to take a look at the QUEST clinical trial reporting manual.
